2. Description of Service

AIMDb is a platform that allows users to discover, share, and catalog AI-generated films and music videos. The Service enables creators to submit content for review and publication, and allows users to browse, search, and view submitted content. Videos are hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube and Vimeo) and are embedded or linked from our Service.

3. User Accounts

To submit content, rate, or review on AIMDb, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content Submission

Users may submit AI-generated films and music videos for inclusion on the Service. All submissions are subject to review and approval before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

4.2 Content Requirements

All submitted content must:

• Be primarily AI-generated (using tools such as Runway, Sora, Pika, Suno, etc.)
• Be at least 60 seconds in length for films
• Be hosted on a supported third-party platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.3 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to AIMDb. By submitting content, you grant AIMDb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Service. This license continues even if you delete your content or account, but only to the extent necessary for archival or backup purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information about content or its creation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or view counts

6. DMCA and Copyright Policy

AIMDb will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

The Service contains links to and embeds content from third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
